The other day, I was doing my regular grocery shopping at the supermarket hardly 5 kilometers away from my home.

Parking my scooter at the regular slot, I went on to do my shopping for about 45 minutes and I came back to see another scooter parked horizontally right above my vertically parked vehicle.

I called out asking, “Whose vehicle is this?”

A man came running towards the vehicle and said, “I am a police officer.”

I said, “Sir, whoever you are, is this the right way to park the vehicle?”

He was mumbling words that I could hardly hear, but I could feel his arrogance badly wanting to hurt me.

Sometimes, this is what power and position does to people.

It gives arrogance and a bogus feeling of superiority over others.
