It is an absolute luck by chance or rather serendipity, that I got to know about the subjects of today’s interview; Yashraj and Yuvraj Bhardwaj, founders of Zenith Vipers and Incuspaze. I am sure at their age; I was still were not able to contemplate the idea of business or research or even the spelling of them at all.India is certainly proud to have teenagers like them with great visions and ideas.

I am not sure whether their beard and mustache are fully developed(sarcasms apart); but I am sure they are matured way beyond their age and surprising realm of entrepreneurship with their out of the box thinking. Yash and Yuvi are 17 years old teenage entrepreneurs, researchers, founders, CEOs and it took an entire a4 sheet paper for me to jot down their designations. The world know them better as founders of Zenith Vipers and Incuspaze (along with Sanjay Choudhary, the UK Based Angel Investor). They are also the recipients of Karmaveer Chakra Award 2016 and has been among top 10 young entrepreneurs of 2016 by success magazine across the globe. One of the youngest invited delegation at UN. They are finalists of SF fellowship worth $250000 and winners of $100000. Read on what they have got to say about their life, love and dreams.

What does Incuspaze offer the business world?

“Incuspaze is worlds first co-working space with a research hub for startups. here we three me, yuvraj and sanjay came together for a space which have a very different ecosystem. The highlight is that we offer a research hub. The idea was to build up a startup community among researchers . our services include mentors connect, investors, IP related matters and much more. The main motive is to create global brands from India, which are not following orthodox patterns.” , says Yash

What is a co-working space?

Co-working is a style of work that involves a shared working environment. Unlike in a typical office environment, those co-working are usually not employed by the same organization. Typically it is attractive to work-at-home professionals, independent contractors, or people who travel frequently who end up working in relative isolation. Co-working is also the social gathering of a group of people who are still working independently, but who share values, and who are interested in the synergy that can happen from working with people who value working in the same place alongside each other.

Research; a hard nut to crack?

“Both of us were not knowing anything about research. We ended up learning a lot from professors and books. Our inclination towards reasearch work started in class 5 and 6 . We got our first research paper out in 8th grade. The true interest sprouted up when we were in 7th grade, and during those days we went for an inter-school event in Delhi; which was a science event and the Chief Guest addressed the students talking about inventions and Indian scientists . And on why India not having any Nobel prize in science sector after independence. From then our life took a new direction, and we started reading science fictions, began thinking of things in different perspectives. It was just the beginning.” , remembers Yuvi

What were the major challenges faced?

“We faced many challenges;  from getting insulted to minor punishments in the class. we used to be a topic for jokes because we were not orthodox. We used to roam around every time with our doubts. We never wanted to compete with anyone, rather we look forward to be the best in what we are doing; maybe someday we create a difference.” Yash and Yuvi on the hurdles crossed.

How did you guys got featured in The Huffington Post?

“We got a call from one of the writers at The Huffington Post; we were surprised and couldn’t actually deny.”, says Yash with a smile.

You both are certainly ambitious and a great success; but aren’t you missing your carefree teenage life?

“Well, this question is the first time someone has asked me. Yes, we do miss our teenage life. In my lifetime I have been to cinema only 2 times. We don’t play much like others of our age. But yes, we are proud that we are making an impact.
We want to make this world a better place for other teenagers to play with free mind.” Says Yash and Yuvi
